One more cold day in Twin Cities before midweek warm-up begins
Tuesday will stay cold and dry for most parts of Minnesota.
The Twin Cities will see sunny skies and highs in the teens. Spotty flurries are possible Tuesday night, but impacts should be minimal.
Temperatures will climb steadily midweek, peaking on Thursday with a noticeably milder feel.
More low-impact flurries are possible Friday morning.
A slight cooldown will arrive this weekend, followed by above-normal temperatures next week.
