Man Critical After Shot In Head In Minneapolis Parking Lot
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Police say a man is in critical condition after he was shot in the head Friday night in Minneapolis.
Officers were called to a parking lot on the 2500 block of Penn Avenue North just before 7 p.m.
They arrived to find a man lying in a puddle of blood near a vehicle.
Police say they have not arrested anyone yet, and they believe the shooting was not random.
