Brooklyn Park Possible Abduction Investigated As Domestic Dispute
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Police said a disturbance in Brooklyn Park last week was not a possible abduction.
On Oct. 13, Brooklyn Park police were called to Hennepin Technical College on a report of a possible abduction. A witness told officials around 1:30 p.m. they saw a woman being chased by a man, who then forced her into a car.
Through further investigation, police learned the two individuals knew each other and the situation was a result of a domestic dispute.
Police said they no longer need the public's assistance at this time; however, the case is still under investigation.
