Florida Coronavirus Update: Miami-Dade Reaches More Than 100 Cases, 96 In Broward
MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- Florida has reached more than 400 COVID-19 cases across the state as Miami-Dade County surpasses Broward with the highest number in the state.
As of Thursday March 19 at 6:00 p.m., there are 101 positive coronavirus cases in Miami-Dade, while Broward now has 96.
Demographically, more men than women are testing positive in South Florida.
Of the 432 statewide cases, 393 involved Florida residents who are in the state. The other 39 involved non-Florida residents in the state.
