The incident happened on Feb. 25 in the parking area of an apartment complex at 2705 E. Monroe St.
Sergio Santay was found with a stab wound at about 2:40 p.m. last Friday in the 600 block of Bonnie Brae Street, according to the LAPD.
The suspects were arrested on charges including murder, sexual assault and robbery.
The shooting occurred in the parking lot of an AutoZone in the area.
