Infections of the highly contagious measles virus have been reported in 17 states in the first three months of 2024.
As of last week, the city said at least 10 of the measles cases had been linked to a migrant shelter in Pilsen.
The two newest patients are children who are 4 years old or younger.
The MMR vaccine protects against measles, mumps, and rubella. The rule change comes after an outbreak in city shelters.
