Moderna and Merck, its drug development partner, said the novel treatment prevented melanoma from returning or spreading in a study of high-risk melanoma patients.
Dana-Farber and Mass General Hospital are offering a new therapy, which uses a patient's own tumor cells to fight melanoma.
The machine uses 26 cameras to photograph and patient and then creates a three-dimensional avatar, allowing doctors to track and examine moles.
