No matter what he's said during this break in action, Tuukka Rask can't quite shake the questions about retirement. The 33-year-old Finnish netminder did his best to dispel that talk once again during a video conference with Boston media members on Monday.
The Boston Bruins were supposed to open the 2020-21 NHL season overseas, but that will no longer be happening. On Friday, the NHL canceled all international events in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
If one were to assume, one might believe that hockey players -- who make their living ... playing hockey -- would be champing at the bit for hockey to return. One, however, might be wrong.

"I don't know whether it's going to happen, but we are talking about it. Yup -- that's all I can really say right now."

Hockey is on hold, the Stanley Cup is locked away in its case at the Hockey Hall of Fame and its longtime keeper has shed his familiar white gloves to work from home like so many others during the coronavirus pandemic.
