BOSTON (CBS) – The patients and staff at Boston Children's Hospital got quite a surprise Wednesday.

Patriots star tight end Rob Gronkowski dropped in with his brothers and their father to entertain the kids and make a big contribution.

The Gronkowski Family Foundation donated $80,000 to the hospital. The money was raised from a recent raffle.
