Glass Jumping Hockey Fans Ordered To Stay Away From Garden

BOSTON (CBS/AP) – A judge ordered two young men from New Hampshire to stay away from the TD Garden Tuesday, three days after they jumped onto the ice during a Bruins game.

20-year-old Jonathan Parker and 17-year-old Matthew Parker went over the glass and onto the ice in the third period of the Bruins-Capitals game Saturday night. They were caught by the linesmen and taken away.

Both were arrested and charged with disturbing a public assembly.

Police say both "appeared to be under the influence of alcohol."

They were arraigned Tuesday morning in Boston Municipal Court.

Both are due back in court February 11.
