New lawsuits to come over near-total abortion bans in Idaho, Oklahoma and Tennessee
New lawsuits will be filed Tuesday, challenging near-total abortion bans in three states, CBS News has learned. The Center for Reproductive Rights plans to sue Idaho, Oklahoma, and Tennessee on behalf of women who say they suffered severe pregnancy complications.
