"Pineapple Express" atmospheric river sparks deadly flash floods across Washington, Oregon and Idaho
More than six inches of rain have fallen over two days in Washington and Oregon, with floods killing at least one person. It's all part of a weather system known as an atmospheric river. CBS News correspondent Carter Evans has more.
