Tarrant County honors monks who completed 15‑week Walk for Peace
Tarrant County commissioners honored a group of Buddhist monks who completed a months‑long Walk for Peace from Fort Worth to Washington, D.C. The monks were welcomed by thousands when they returned in February after finishing the 15‑week journey across the country.
