Video: Police Follow Pig On The Loose In Texas Neighborhood

AUSTIN (KRLD) - Police in the Austin area can really say they bring home the bacon. And they have the video of a pig pursuit, to prove it.
Rollingwood Chief of Police Dayne Pryor narrates the video as he pursues the roaming pig. First, he asks for the pig's ID and then asks the runaway pig to stop. Turns out, the pig escaped from his owner's yard about 10 to 12 miles away.
Pryor says, "There was a Rollingwood resident that walked up and said he had found that pig walking in the middle of the road in Austin and he took it to his home. It escaped. Now Piggy, his real name, is back at home with his real family after hamming it up on the run.
