Sandwich Chain Donating 100% Of Sales For Day of Giving

A popular sandwich chain plans to give away everything it makes today.

The Day of Giving caps off a month-long nationwide event at Jersey Mike's Subs.

The effort is simple - 100 percent of all sales today at Jersey Mike's will be donated to local charities.  The money raised at the 35 locations here in North Texas will go to the organization Wipe Out Kids' Cancer.

Since the company started the charitable effort six years ago, it has donated more than $14 million to local groups across the country.
