Power Grid staying Powerful

So far the state's power grid is weathering the hot weather just fine. "We're seeing the hottest temperatures so far for the year this week so that will increase demand."  But the Public Utility Commission's Terry Hadley says there is plenty of juice to go around in the power grid controlled by the Electric Reliability Council of Texas, which is most of the state.  The one exception is an area around Amarillo service by Excel that is outside that grid.  A power plant is being services so folks in that part of the panhandle are being asked to cut back.
