DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Dallas Police are searching for the suspect in a deadly overnight shooting in south Dallas.

According to police, a man was found shot to death at an apartment building on Pine Street near Scyene Road just after 1:00 a.m., a few blocks south of Fair Park.

Police are not saying who shot him, or why.

A police helicopter with a spot-light was put up over the neighborhood, apparently looking for the killer but no arrests have been reported.
