Dallas Police Investigating Dead Body Found In Trinity River
DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – Dallas Police are investigating a body that was found in the Trinity River just before 7 p.m. Wednesday.
A police helicopter discovered the body just off the Jefferson Boulevard viaduct after someone called in to report it. Dallas Fire Rescue recovered what appeared to be a man's body shortly thereafter.
A police spokesman would not comment on if foul play is involved in the death. Authorities are currently awaiting the medical examiner who will take the body to determine cause of death.
