5 Sports Other Than Golf To Play On A Golf Course

Golf courses are among the most beautiful, well-manicured landscapes available to residents. But what if you don't like playing golf?
Don't worry!
Here are five alternate games that can be played on a golf course -- if allowed.
1. Poison
This game can be played on a golf tee box, especially when waiting on the slow golfers in front of you. It's played as follows:
The first player hits his ball towards the far tee box marker. Should he hit it, he gets another turn, this time aiming at the opposite tee box marker. If he misses at any point, the next player begins.
When a player has hit both tee box markers, he becomes the "poison" ball, and eliminates players by striking their balls with his. Each time he hits a ball, he earns another shot.
It sounds simple, but trust us, it's addicting.
2. Foot Golf
If you love soccer or golf, it's fairly easy to see why this game is nothing short of incredible. Squaring up a golf ball can be difficult. Kicking a soccer ball in a general direction -- that's fairly simple.
And if for some reason you are still incompetent or lack skill, at least soccer balls float!
3. Mario Golf-Cart
This one is reckless and is not endorsed by CBS or its affiliates. But you get the idea...
Alternatively, you can just buy one of these.
4. Disc Golf
No, you don't need a golf course to play disc golf. But it sure wouldn't hurt.
Add 18 baskets, use the golf carts for easy transit, and suddenly you are playing one of the world's fastest growing sports (no research behind this comment).
5. Fishing
Is fishing on a golf course legal? Probably not.
But that's precisely why it presents such a unique and fruitful opportunity.
The waters never get fished, yet the fish are there.
It's one game where avoiding the water is a bad idea.
