The 21-year-old suspect has been charged with 10 counts of first-degree murder.
Miya Ponsetto, 22, is also facing criminal charges in the case.
The suspected gunman was released from the hospital Tuesday afternoon after being treated for a gunshot wound.
One of those killed was a police officer, and a suspect is in custody.

The suspect is linked to at least one of the shootings and police say it is "extremely likely" he is also the suspect in the other two shootings.
