"Seeing this hard work pay off is such a great feeling. I also know if I can do it, others can do it as well."
There's having natural talent and then there's having the discipline and work ethic to really see that talent through. Joseph Awinongya Jr. has both.
"It's nothing like other sailing," Jimmy Spithill, Team USA CEO and driver said. "It's much more like auto racing."

Love went to Nazareth, and went on to play for Notre Dame before launching his NFL career.
Police said she had a gunshot wound to the right leg.
"That's the most delicious thing I've ever tasted in my life. Yeah, this is better than New York pizza. I'd like to issue an apology to the people of Chicago. Your pizza is way better. This is good stuff," he said.

As the school year wraps up, one local woman is aiming to be a positive role model by being a positive rapper.
"I just can't understand why it happened but it still makes you understand that you're free, that you're available, that you're walking around in a free country because of guys like him. You really are. It's not cliché at all."
John Miller-Ross said cleaning his grandfather's tombstone at Springdale Cemetery has now set him on a mission to spruce up the gravestones of every veteran laid to rest there.
