Bryant Reed

Bryant Reed joined WJZ as an Anchor/Reporter in December 2025.

You can find him behind the desk on weekend evenings and out in your communities during the week. Before calling the Charm City home, Bryant also anchored weekend evenings at WFSB in Connecticut, with stints in Pittsburgh, PA at KDKA, a WJZ sister station and Wilmington, NC as an MMJ.

Bryant is an Emmy award-winning reporter who has covered major breaking news stories from mass shootings and infrastructure collapses to the rebuilding of communities and severe weather since his time as a journalist.

Off the clock, you can find Bryant on the court as a high school and collegiate basketball official. Hailing from Charlotte, NC, he plans to bring a little southern charm to the Baltimore area.
