A licensed practical nurse, who was in charge of caring for a patient with severe disabilities, is now accused of raping her. The patient at Hacienda HealthCare in Phoenix gave birth to a baby boy nearly four weeks ago. Investigators arrested 36-year-old Nathan Sutherland Tuesday and charged him with sexual assault and vulnerable adult abuse. Carter Evans reports.
