Whitaker will not recuse himself from Russia probe

The Justice Department says acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker will not recuse himself in the Russia probe. At the same time, President Trump's pick to replace Whitaker, William Barr, is facing scrutiny over an unsolicited memo he wrote in which he reportedly criticized Mueller's work.
