Nearly five years ago, Rutgers University freshman Tyler Clementi jumped to his death from the George Washington Bridge. Tyler's parents, Jane and Joe Clementi, and his brother, James, soon learned that he has been the victim of cyber-bullying. They have since launched the Tyler Clementi Foundation, and tell Erin Moriarty of "48 Hours" of a new initiative to end bullying.
