Parts of California are under a state of emergency. Crews are struggling to contain the Valley Fire, where the flames have killed one person and have destroyed at least 400 homes. The Valley Fire is one of 12 burning across the dry California landscape. It has destroyed many parts of Middletown, just 30 miles north of Napa Valley. Danielle Nottingham reports.
