SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) - What if the Republican presidential hopefuls had to sing their closing statements at televised debates? It would be amazing television, but nothing even approaching the nonsense belted out by Trump, Bush, Christie and company in a video re-imagining of the first GOP debate from the folks at "Bad Lip Reading."
The YouTube viral regulars have previously grabbed headlines for hilarious reinterpretations of NFL sideline conversations, but their take on the Republican melee is blowing up like nothing before.
The clip was posted Wednesday, and had already been viewed 2.1 million times by Thursday at 9:30 a.m.
