Police officer, gunman dead after shots fired at York, Pennsylvania hospital, DA says
A West York Borough police officer and a gunman were killed after shots were fired injuring multiple staffers at UPMC Memorial Hospital in York County, Pennsylvania, Saturday morning, the district attorney said.
