Oakland begins temporarily filling potholes after woman falls

An elderly woman had to be taken to the hospital after she tripped and fell over a pothole on 5th Avenue. Now, just days later, the city has begun temporarily filling in the potholes. KDKA's Barry Pintar has the latest.
