Museum brings Latin American culture to Pittsburgh

A new museum is bringing the culture of Latin America to Pittsburgh. Manuel Roman-Lacayo, the deputy director of the Latin American Studies Association, joins Talk Pittsburgh to talk about the cultural center and its exhibits.
