Boaz Frankel meets the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh mascot

Boaz is on a quest to meet every mascot in town. So far, he's hung out with Iceburgh and Kenny the Kangaroo. Today, he got to hang out with the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh's mascot.
