The victim was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The couple is challenging Allegheny County's "Newcomer Tax" which can hurt new homeowners.
A couple in Wilkinsburg was blindsided when their property tax went up as part of a tax that has been in place since 2001. Now, they're taking the county to court. KDKA's Lindsay Ward has the details.
From $3,500 in taxes to close to $9,000, the couple will fork over payments double and triple their neighbors.

A group gathered on the steps of the City-County Building Monday to address alleged police brutality at a march protesting the death of Jim Rogers last weekend.
"It's scary. Anywhere you go, you're going to run into violence. You can't get away from it," one neighbor said.
A neighbor who didn't want to be identified told KDKA that the violence seems to be happening everywhere.
