Boeing CEO Dave Calhoun will leave at the end of 2024. His announced departure comes after production problems at Boeing.
"At the very least, installers missed something," former NTSB member John Goglia said after the door plug blowout on an Alaska Airlines Boeing 737 Max 9 jet. "It calls into question the process."
United has pushed back flight cancellations from early November until mid-December due to the issues with the Boeing 737 Max.
