White House: President Trump Tests Negative For Coronavirus

WASHINGTON D.C. (KDKA) - According to White House physician Sean Conley, President Trump has tested negative for COVID-19.

The White House made the announcement via a letter, which CBS News' David Begnaud received.

"Last night after an in-depth discussion with the President regarding COVID-19 testing, he elected to proceed," the letter read. "This evening I received confirmation that the test is negative."

This comes a week after President Trump had dinner with Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro, who has tested positive for coronavirus.

It was announced today that there are two confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Pittsburgh and the total number of cases in Pennsylvania is up to 47.

UPMC also announced today that they have developed a test for COVID-19.
