State Police Investigating Possible Case Of Animal Cruelty In Mercer Co.

LIBERTY TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- State police in Mercer County are asking for help from the public as they investigate a possible case of animal cruelty.

According to police, the remains of five dogs – one adult male, two adult females and two younger females – have been recovered in the area of Liberty Township over the past few months.

Investigators are asking anyone who may have seen activity near a small bridge on Jervis Road near Sunset Road to come forward.
