Wigle Whiskey's Peach Whiskey Smash
- 2 oz Wigle Organic Monongahela Rye Whiskey
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- ½ Chambersburg peach, muddled
- 8 mint leaves
- crushed ice
Muddle the peach with the simple syrup until fully pulverized. Add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously with ice. Fine-strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass and garnish with a peach slice and mint sprig.
