Norfolk Southern creating new regional training center
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Norfolk Southern says it'll create a new regional training center in Ohio for first responders.
The new center will provide additional, free training for first responders from Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
First responders will receive the specialized training how to respond safely to rail incidents
