State Senator Kim Ward joins Robert to talk about "Jennifer's Law,"a bill that would make it illegal for someone to witness a violent crime and fail to report it to police. The legislation that Ward introduced is named for Jennifer Daugherty, a woman who was tortured and killed earlier this year in Greensburg.
