Suspect Facing Theft, DUI Charges After Allegedly Fleeing From Crash In Indiana Co.

GREEN TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- A suspect accused of fleeing after a car crash in Indiana County on Thursday afternoon is facing theft and DUI charges.

The crash happened around noon in the area of SR-240 at SR-580 in Green Township. Troopers said at 12:11 p.m. that they were searching for a male suspect who reportedly fled the scene on foot.

According to police, troopers found the suspect walking in the area around 2:30 p.m. and took him into custody. Officials identify him as 19-year-old Brandon Wolfe of Glen Campbell, Pennsylvania.

Police learned the vehicle the suspect crashed was stolen.

The suspect is facing multiple charges, including felony theft, DUI, drug possession and disorderly conduct.
