Blind Rescue Goat Finds Anxiety Cure In Duck Costume
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – The tale of a rescue goat in New Jersey is melting hearts across the internet.
Polly is blind and suffers from anxiety, but she's found comfort in an unusual way.
According to a WPEC-TV report, officials at the Goats of Anarchy sanctuary bought a duck costume for Polly.
They quickly found out that the costume helped calm Polly's nerves.
"As soon as I put it on her, she just instantly got calm. She goes into a little trance. She just closes her eyes and she's out," Leanne Lauricella said.
After posting pictures and videos to social media, it didn't take long for Polly's story to go viral.
The sanctuary has set up a GoFundMe page to help fund their operation.
