Allegheny County Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Young Girl

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Police have issued an arrest warrant for a Carnegie man accused of sexually assaulting a young girl several times.
The girl told police that Joshua Irwin started abusing her about three years ago when she was 8 years old.
The most recent alleged assault happened over the weekend.
