Police Charge Suspect In 2019 Downtown Shooting

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Pittsburgh Police have charged a man in a shooting that happened a year ago in Downtown Pittsburgh.
The man charged is Dequon Layne.
According to police, Layne shot a man in front of the McDonald's on Wood Street.
