1 Dead, 1 Injured In Indiana Co. Crash
RAYNE TOWNSHIP (KDKA) – One woman was killed in an Indiana County accident early Saturday morning.
According to police, the accident happened on Route 85 in Rayne Township around 12:45 a.m.
Kelly Pears, 40, of Horne, lost control of her vehicle while negotiating a curve in the road. The car went off the road, struck an embankment and flipped over.
Pears was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the vehicle. She was transported to Allegheny General Hospital, where she later died.
Brandi Didlott, 18, was a passenger in the vehicle and was treated for minor injuries at the scene.
