The explosion injured five people, destroyed three houses and damaged more than 40 others.

The shooting happened around 11:30 p.m. on Memphis Street in Philadelphia.
The man was 31 years old, according to police.
Theo, a 2-year-old boxer golden retriever mix, is back at home with his owners on Sunday night after he was stolen from a car at Wawa in Port Richmond, according to police.
"Turn yourself in, turn yourself in," a friend of the victim said.

The crash happened at Aramingo and Castor Avenues after police were chasing the suspects in an alleged stolen Cadillac.
Friends of the victim say they're heartbroken and have set up a small memorial where the crash happened.
The man is in critical condition.
