West Chester Family Displaced After Overnight Fire
WEST CHESTER, Pa. (CBS) – A multi-alarm overnight fire in West Chester has left a family displaced.
The American Red Cross of Southeastern Pennsylvania is assisting the family of seven—including three children—following the fire, which broke out on the 500 block of E. Barnard Street in West Chester shortly after 1 a.m. on Friday.
While the Red Cross is providing financial assistance for food, clothing, winter coats and lodging for at least three days, anyone wishing to help out the family can visit www.phillyhomefire.org or text REDCROSS to 90999 to make a donation.
