HOUSTON, Tex. (CBS) --  It is a big weekend for Temple Football.

Tomorrow the Owls could be the American Athletic Conference Champions if they pull off a win against Houston.

Last season, Temple lost to Houston, 31-10.

This AAC title game should be a great match-up.

Houston is 11-1 on the season and last week they earned the right to play for the conference championship by taking it to Navy, 52-31. The Cougars average 42 points a game.

CBS 3's Pat Gallen is in Houston ahead of the big game where just a few minutes ago, head Coach Matt Rhule talked about Houston's strengths versus Temple's.

Saturday's game will kickoff at noon.
