Fatal Shooting In South Philadelphia Under Investigation
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Authorities are investigating a fatal shooting in South Philadelphia Monday afternoon.
Police say the 16-year-old boy was shot three times - in the left side of his head, right side of his chest and left thigh - near 19th and Federal streets a little after 3 p.m.
He was rushed to Jefferson University Hospital where he later died.
There is no word on a possible motive. Police have not made any arrests at this time.
