UPDATE: Philadelphia Police: Missing Endangered Woman Has Been Located

UPDATE (October 19, 2015) -- Philadelphia Police say a missing endangered woman has been located.

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia Police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing endangered woman.

Police say the 75-year-old suffers from Alzheimer's, dementia, and schizophrenia.

According to police, she was last seen at about 5 p.m. Thursday near the 200 block of Church Street.

Police say she is 5'2," 165 pounds and was seen wearing a black turtleneck top, black pants and multicolored sneakers.
