Police: Pedestrian, Parked Car Hit In West Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police say a car hit a pedestrian and a parked car. Chopper 3 was over 41st Street and Lancaster Avenue in West Philadelphia, just before 4 p.m. Wednesday.
There is no word yet on the condition of that pedestrian or if the driver is facing any charges.
