Police: 2 Females Struck By Vehicle At Phila. Airport

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police say two females were struck by a vehicle at Philadelphia International Airport.

Philadelphia Police say it happened at about 4:30 p.m. Friday near the terminal C area.

According to police, a vehicle swerved left to avoid a vehicle that stopped suddenly in front of it and allegedly lost control. Police say the vehicle struck two females that were standing on the sidewalk in front of a pole, pinning one female against the pole.

The other female was knocked to the ground, according to police.

Investigators say both females were taken to the hospital.

Police are investigating.
